i feel scare... trembling....

i have no idea what's going on.. the spine start to pain again n insomnia start to trouble me again... what can be worst than this? gastric? n yeah, it came together with the spine problem. i cant do anything other than rest. all my study plans were postpone and i end up lying on my bed.

i dun like this state of mine. disappointing
